Filming in Piru

A production company films a scene on our railroad bridge on Feb 4 in the evening.

On weekdays, crews will be constructing temporary facades on private property along Center Street that will remain for approximately four months, enhancing the authenticity of the setting they envision.

During these two days of filming on Center Street by the "hotel" and "American Legion" facades, you will notice an increase in activity and equipment in town. The HBO Max team prepares a temporary shut-down, removes some and secures other facades in preparation for more filming days at the end of May.

NCIS is in town again! During the dates below, you’ll see increased activity and crews in town. They will window-dress the whole block of Downtown on Center Street. This is going to be all exterior filming (walk and talk). Please plan accordingly. The Post Office remains open. Prep work will happen throughout the day.
